When our founders first opened the doors on Gause Boulevard, they brought with them three things: a trunk full of recipe cards written in their grandmother's handwriting, a wood-fired oven shipped from Naples, and a stubborn refusal to serve anything they wouldn't eat at their own table.

That stubbornness hasn't faded. Our pasta is still rolled by hand every morning. Our sauces still simmer until they're ready. And our wine list still features small producers who make what they make because they care — not because it's trendy.

Slidell has been our home for over three decades. We know our neighbors, we know what they like, and we know that the best restaurant in town isn't the one with the flashiest sign — it's the one where every guest feels like they've come home.
